A love for Plymouth
There is great variety in the subject matter covered, and Hannah has a super file of material, such as photographs, maps and postcards, through which comparisons can be made between past and present. In short, the tour was amazing, an experience not to be missed.

How informative!
Loads of history, loads of architecture, loads of interesting local curiosities. She was able to navigate my wife’s mobility scooter round the back streets and alleys with ease. Well worth spending time with her, thank you.

Our Tours
Plymouth: Harbour to Hoe
Our classic and most popular tour! 100 minute circular route.
This is perfect for first time visitors or if you’re only planning on one tour. Start on the historic Barbican, make your way to the edge of the city centre and end with the glorious views from Plymouth Hoe. Discover the history of Plymouth, the buildings and people that make it special.
Royal William Yard: A Maritime Masterpiece
New for 2026! 70 minute short route.
Great if you love naval history, architecture or want something different. This tour will bring the former Georgian victualling yard to life. It starts just outside the Royal William Yard, taking a winding route through the site and ends with views from Devil’s Point Park.
Accessibility
Tours for Everyone
We pride ourselves on making our tours as accessible as possible.
Our routes can be adjusted for wheelchairs, pushchairs and people with limited mobility.
We are suitable for people with hearing loss, keeping to smaller group sizes and using clear communication to talk to our groups. We have worked with BSL translators too.
We welcome visitors with visual impairment or blindness, and have had training in audio description. We offer separate fully audio described tours on request.
Our tours are only delivered in English, but we get constant feedback that our communication is clear and easy to understand for international visitors who use English as a second (or third!) language.
